OPTIMIZATION OF PREVENTIVE THRESHOLD FOR CONDITIONBASED MAINTENANCE OF RADIO ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

چکیده

Context. Operation costs throughout the life cycle of radio electronic equipment are very significant, which value far exceeds initial cost equipment. Therefore, up-to-date scientific and technical problem is to minimize operation costs. One ways solve this introduction statistical data processing technologies in systems equipment.
 Objective. The goal paper improve efficiency thecondition-based maintenance with determining parameters monitoring, widely used civil aviation.
 Method. solution based on finding functional dependence indicator form specific basic its system. To determine dependence, probability-event model used,as well as methods probability theory mathematical statistics, particular classification sample sets transformations random variables. optimal level preventive threshold by criterion minimizing costs, method simulation Monte-Carlo used.
 Results. Maintenance strategy monitoring additional technology calculation improved.
 Conclusions. obtained results can be during development modernization terms application procedures. A comparative analysis two strategies showed that use might reduce proposed for extended complex systems, those whose condition associated values parameters.
